I have a 77 k10 and recently when I go over
medium to large bumps my truck shakes
violently then corrects itself if I slow down I
noticed one of the shocks is crushed but
would that cause it, it has a 6 inch lift 35 inch
tires 7 leaves in the back and 3 in the front

So replace the shock and see if that helps could it also have anything to do with the shocks not being replaced for 20 plus years

This may be the death wobble which is caused by loose or damaged front suspension or steering. Badly worn tires are also a factor.
