Gmc jimmy 95 stuck around 3k RPM in idle

My 95 Jimmy was stuck at 2000 RPM in idle
so I cleaned all the intakes and sensors out,
started my car and in idle was running
about 3000 RPM! I replaced the TPS a few
months ago I'm at a loss what to do next

Make sure your throttle is closing. Sometimes they stick and butterfly plate gets hung up.

Will try. I'm an idiot and forgot to connect a sensor so it went back down to 2k RPM but still shouldn't be doing that
