2015 Subaru brakes front and back both need replacing both at same wear - doesn’t this seem odd? 75k miles

Asked by NotaGuru21 Sep 19, 2019 at 07:34 PM about the 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I’ve had the car from 35 to 75k. Took it into the
dealer for the 75k and oil change they said  both
sets of brakes need to be replaced - said it was
critical.  Isn’t it odd for both sets to go critical at
the same time

I changed my 2015 Foresters brakes at the same time. Mine went a little farther than yours. The rear pads are small and wear out faster than some others do.
