Question type: Maintenance & Repair

a/c wont run on 2002 outback llbean.  Freon is full both low and high sides.  I jumped from battery and compressor runs and cycles. I don't know where to look electric I guess?

...well there is an evaporator that needs to breathe too, check for junk clobbering up reducing the heat transfer potential...another problem may be overcharging...check the specification...probably 22-24 PSI...perhaps it's been overcharged "jump compress" what is this a failed relay or a safety telling the unit should not come on at this time (due to overpressure?) blast your evaporator clean with a hose and check the flow capability (diverter doors) to make sure it isn't trying to heat and cool at the same time~
