How do I set my idle

hello is it a 4.3 liter engine with tbi injection,if so you will need a multi tester a paper clip and a torx bit its called a tps it's on the side of the throttle body has two connection on one is for throttle ,has 3 wires,the other is for trans.you loosen the torx screws and twist the it until you d.o.v reads proper specs.
