My cars gas is leaking?
Hi I have a question and this is about my car leaking gas.
When I start the car up the car leaks gas from the top of the
gas tank to the center then drips to the ground and I don't
know if it's something with the fuel pump or the fuel line or
something else.
Have it taken care of before you start a fire , the lines are probably rotted and all should be replaced because you won't be able to cobb new onto the old , It'll break apart .
if you've overfilled past the first click the charcoal canister gets fuel laden and there is no where to go other than into the intake or out to the side~ so think you may have caused this leak, may be a misplaced hose~
Fuel tank needs to be removed to find the leak, could be a cracked fuel line, pump assembly seal.
