I replaced the fuel pump, I checked voltage at the connector, turned the key on and get 12v for 1 sec or less, turn the key off and get 12v for the same amount of time. I hooked the pump up and hear the pump cycle for the same amount of time. I pour gas in the throttle body and it runs until it uses the gas I put in
