I have a 2014 Dodge Charger ! Thinking about putting 18" or 20" wheels on it! Will this be hard on my front end? Wear and tear?

Your braking distances may increase with heavy wheels like 20's. If the offset on the new wheels is the same as stock then you should not add any stress to the front suspension other than the increased unsprung weight of the heavier wheels and tires. Careful selection of wheels and tires can minimize the weight increase.
