i have a new dodge charger i wanted to chop off the mufflers and weld a pipe going forward
from there. would that be loud? is it safe? its a V6

I'm not sure if we have an inspections I live in Stockton Cali. And my nieobors both have 2 or more loud cars so ya idk

if it is a v6 it will sound like a Honda Civic. it will not sound like a muscle car.
