Where can I find a used Powertrain control module for a 2011 ford crown vic
police interceptor model.

Why are you replacing a PCM??? They do don't just go bad! Or did you put it under water? What's the issue with your vehicle?

The PCM is "bad". I took the car to 3 different shops and they all said that the PCM needs replacement.

The A/C started blowing warm air, all A/C components were checked and nothing wrong with A/C system.

A/C Has a completely different module.That has nothing to do with the PCM. Take it to someone who knows how to FIX cars not just work on them.
