I have a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria

I keep getting that skipping movement of the transmission when I'm driving. I
have had my car checked out at PepBoys and Meineke and they said there's
nothing wrong with my car. However, just this morning getting on the freeway I
felt the same thing like if it was "not" catching well. What's my next step?

try to keep getting it to do the same thing so you know how to make it act up then go back to pepboys tell them you want to show them what happens and how take them for a test drive

YOU NEED SOME LUBE GUARD SHUDDER FIXX,OR CHANGE YOUR FLUID. USE TYPE 5 FLUIDS ONLY. YOU ARE FEELING TORQUE CONVERTER SHUDDER FROM FLUIDS BEING WORN OUT
