My headlights/halo lights not turning on Camaro 2SS at night

I don't know what is going with my car. This just started last
night, before I was able to unlock my car at night and my
headlights would come on, last night I unlocked it and no
headlights came on. I messed with the manual dial, tried it
a few times and would not work, finally after a few tried it
started back to normal. What could be going on? Please
help.

Only on one led halo light comes on I put new light in still only one come on 2014 Chevy Camaro lt
