Fuel filter 2013 SV

I'm trying to replace the fuel filter on my 2013 SV 4 cyl but running into a little
difficulty. The parts place said that it is non serviceable. I was not able to
locate the filter on line either. What is the deal with this? Am I going to have to
take this to the dealer? What is the difference between an SV and any other
mode?
Thanks for any help that you can be with this problem.
