Where is the fuel filter located
The engine is idling rough. What

Without any details of how it acts when driving, there are a number of factors that could cause this. A worn/disconnected vacuum line, dirty injectors, low fuel pressure, idle air control valve, mass airflow sensor, fuel filter (as you've already mentioned), plugs and plug wires, coil packs, just to name a few. Fuel filter is normally along driver side frame. Follow fuel lines from tank and you should be able to find it fairly easily
