is the check engine light on? If, so scan for the OBDii trouble codes. If no lights, I would suspect the engine mounts are worn if this happens while stopped. While driving, it could be tires, wheel balance, suspension, etc.
Shaking while moving is usually a bent rim or a tire way out of balance. There are other possible causes, like bad spark plugs or a damaged axle, but start by checking tires and wheels.
