Post the stock tire size so I don't have to look it up.
The 70's are 1.7" taller. If you want taller tires I might go with 65 series tires instead of 70's.
If you want good snow tires look for ones that have the severe duty snow rating. They have the mountain/snowflake symbol on the sidewall.
I want 215/70/17 tires or maybe 225's, but skinnier is better for snow. are 70's fine?
