350 HO Engine Swap for 1982 Camaro Z28

My dad and I are restoring my grandma's old 1982 Camaro Z28 we are doing
an engine swap and are currently looking for an engine to buy. We have our
eyes on a Chevy 350 HO and we are wondering what problems might we
encounter? Such as transmission compatibility, clearance issues, ect. Thank
you
