I have a 89 caprice my Ac is not blowing cold out my
vents  and defrost but under the  hood everything is cold

If the blower motor is working there is a Air Conditioning Panel Mode Door Actuator that may be bad.

Thanks that's what I was thinking to when I put it on to blow out vents it blows out vents and defrost
