At idle rpms drop turning steering wheel

This happens with my 03 ford escape xlt 3.0 the
a/c also causes this and seems worse at night
with headlights on how do I fix this rough idle
problem?

thanks ill get that checked out. i hear alot of talk about the iac valve being bad causing the same problem any truth to that?
