I am look for a good carb swap for my 1984 Toyota
Tercel. Im on a budget. Would it be better to rebuild
it ? I heard that it has a bad flood after rebuilding it.
It has trouble starting and occasionally stalls out.
What would be the best decision. I do not know
much about carbs

If you have smog inspections to pass you need to rebuild the original carburetor.
