I have a Chrysler and I feel like my trans
temperature gets to high what should be my
transmission temp be at what should it be between
what numbers

That is a bit high. Under 180 is better. I would change the fluid more often if it runs that high as the fluid life is shorter the higher the operating temperature.

A bigger transmission cooler might be a good investment.
