When I turn the engine on , on my chrysler 300, it makes a little sound like the engine is not lubricated, and then a couple seconds later the sound is gone. Any Idea what that could be?

What kind of sound? Did you check your engine oil?? How do you know it wasn't properly lubricating?

Yes, I did check the oil....Somebody told me that could be oil pump not flushing oil right at the start.

The sound is kind something loose for a couple of seconds and then goes back to normal.

First, check you have proper oil level. Second, engine oil does drain back to the pan after an engine has been off for a while. It takes a few seconds for the oil pump to build up pressure and get the oil to where it needs to be, that's why "noise" goes away. (You're probably hearing the valve train rattling around until the get coated in oil.) You can either use a product like Slick50 or other oil additives to keep the engine better covered in lubrication when off, you can also buy a different oil filter that prevents or slows the oil draining back to the engine. PS: Is your car not covered under the warranty? If it is bring it up to the dealership.

Thank you Mark for the advise.....Could it be the oil pump starting getting in trouble?

I don't recommend additives , your car is a 2013 , it's pretty new. How many miles are on your car???

YES, don't use additives, use top tier fuel.
