Shock absorbers

In July I was told that the shock of
absorbers for the jeep grand Cherokee
were on backorder I called the dealer today
and apparently they’re still on backorder
what seems to be the issue with this
maintenance problem?

Find another parts house that wants to do business. If they don't stock a shock for a Jeep then I would run the other direction.
