'02 intrepid se - severe shaking while idling and while slowing down

My car has recently started shaking really bad (like a washing machine) while idling and when driving its fine but when you apply the breaks to slow down its shakes and spudders a little bit. Anyone know what this might be??

sounds like a bad rotor(s) should prolly have that looked out before it kills your calipers/brakes

It's not brakes... I've been looking into same problem with my intrepid.. Possibly motor mounts or engine may slowly be going bad from it going out of timing.
