Motor swap now not starting

I have a 2002 dodge Dakota sxt 3.9 liter I bought a
crate motor from auto zone swap the new motor
with the old one everything is plugged up and
hooked up  right but now the motor won't turn over
at all wat do I check now

You might need to re-flash your ECM....
