2012 Subaru forester won't stay running

Asked by freespaz Dec 02, 2019 at 08:07 PM about the 2012 Subaru Forester 2.5X Limited

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just got a 2012 Subaru Forester 2 days ago, and this morning it was kind of
a hard start, then we drove around all day (over 100 miles), right as we were
less than 3  blocks from the house it stalled, now it won't stay running unless
you put gas to it and even then its not idling the same it was before. I'm
thinking alternator but after a few seconds of googling I've seen everything
from the transmission to the mass air flow censor.  I really need advice
please :)
