Tell us the insurance company and post a copy on CL ... then spend $20 to take it to small claims court

there is a fuse under the hood that runs those I bet that they there is some thing else that isn't working like rear de forst that shorted oot either due to the hit or the repair.look under the hood inside the fuse box and see if there are these things on a fuse like ACC or Radio fuse, could also be under wipers.
