loud noise coming from engine?

We have just bought a 2010 pathfinder, its just starting making a clonk clank noise when
driving but not all the time. its also vibrates when doing 80mph have been told this is
normal.. just wanted some advice please getting it booked in for service but would like a
heads up first please
