Check Engine Flashes 10 Times... Won't crank but everything comes on.

Question type: General

I've changed battery, starter, crankshaft and camshaft position sensor, ignition
switch and still won't do anything!!! Even checked the transmission sensor for
the gears and still nothing! Ordered a OBD2 scanner maybe can reset the
ECM. Any other suggestions?

Having the same problem now trying to reset my battery that clears the codes but I have no engine codes already scanned
