Would jack it up and have a look at it's condition and the end links. Was going to replace mine this weekend due to sway bar rotting away and dry end link joints. I bough the ones with zerks. May also be damage to tire such as a bulge, unbalanced tire, or wheel bearing issue. Good Luck!
