Is this just a film of oil or do you have brown mud in the reservoir? If it is just a film I would not worry. You could flush the system and install new coolant.

It's like milky on top and water under the bottom the whole Reservoir is not milking it just sits on top of the water and when you like take it out you can see the water which is the coolant but then you can see like ail coming back in the coolant but it's not mixed all together the oil sits at the top the coolant in the bottom of the reservoir I'm trying to make sure it's not a blown head gaskets. My mechanic will not take my money when it's just might be an engine oil coolant or something else. Thanks
