Wipers, flashers, inside lights door locks and side mirrors

I accidentally hooked the cables up backwards to
jump my car off (2009 dodge charger). Cables
smoked and got really hot before I realized they
were on backwards, now my blinkers, wipers,
interior lights, door locks and dash data are not
working at all.  Checked all the fuses and they are
okay. What could it be? Dre

Check all the fuses but there are probably a lot of things that were fried.
