My 1996 Chrysler Sebring jxi is slightly overheating above half

The car only has roughly over 71,000 miles,  
started overheating once because the fuse
to the radiator fan blew,  week later it got
fixed it started overheating slightly above
half,  could it be the water pump or a
thermostat?  Or as simple as a antifreeze
flush

First thing to try would be the thermostat. When refilling must make sure all the air pockets are out. If it did get hot during that time of the fans not working, you would do a compression test to see if there are any low cylinders indicating a head gasket. Try thermostat first, very important to purge the air out when refilling.
