The defroster blows hot and cold, temp works and fans are clearly working from low to
high. Vents in the dash will not allow air to come out of them. Changed internal fuses. Is
there an arm or controller I can check. Mountainview Goodyear wants $120 to diagnose.
Thoughts?

Check for a broken vacuum line coming from engine into the heater box. This is what controls where the air goes.

Does it not switch from defrost to vent? If it doesnt the problem is a blend door actuator. I had that problem on my 2000 Chrysler 300m There is a video on YouTube on how to change it.

On my 03 300m some times the air want come out of any of the vents. The blower motor is working fine. Also i checked and those don't have caban air filters.
