2011 c300 dead battery it was old so replaced it. started right up but radiator
fan comes on full at start up, and i lost all climate control on dash no lights
heat or ac. fuses all good does the computer need to be reflashed after battery
going dead?

That is my thought. When changing out a Battery on newer cars, you need what is called a power saver tool. Since it died, you lost power to the ECU and it will have to be reprogrammed. Being a Mercedes, I say yes to this needing reprogrammed.
