03 rendevous engine stalling out and dying

So, my 03 buick rendezvous has been having
issues stalling out and dying, and high and low
idles. The following have been replaced checked,
spark plugs,egr valve, oil change, fuel filter,maf
checked, fuel pressure checked. Still runs the
same, about 160k miles

How longs it been since youve cleaned out your throttle body and iac passages really good

According to the guy currently fixing it, ( he said hes throwing in the towel, after making $400 in repairs to not fix problem) he had just cleaned both.
