I have a turn and hazards dont work on a dodge durango fuse inside drivers door is good.

Note the diagram, see the two fuses at the top, check those. Use a test light and check voltage at the fuse, one is hot all the time, the other goes hot with the key on. You can see the flasher, you might be able to unplug it, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, key on. Work the turn signal lever, left or right, the turn lamp may come on but won't flash. If so, I think the flasher has a problem. Could be other issues, multifunction switch or wiring circuit, somewhere. just my opinion.
