My chrysler 300m 2002 has no heat

Car has no heat fans directional vents work.radiator and water pump were
recently replaced.car temp is normal

There is a HVAC Blend Door Actuator that may be bad, or the cooling system was not bled out when refilling with coolant. One other cause would be a plugged heater core.
