Car started for 3 sec then cut off. All power works but won't turn over

Installed an ait chip in my 2010 Doge charger sxt
left negative cable off all night like I was
instructed. Put back on this morning and car crunk
3 sec later cut off. All power works but will not turn
over   what has happened

I took my key out on the accident of my 2010 charger and drove for a minute and it keeps cutting off and cutting back on but I just found my key and put it back in
