2008 dodge charger taking 10 to 15 sec to turn over while trying to crank it, what will make it do that, what will ake it jerk while gaining speed at 70mph

ive put it on 3 different computers and they all read that the crank sensor and cam was bad i replacedd first with auto zone parts then i replaced with dodge parts it is still doing the same thing. also when i reach 70 mph it jerks and then kicks back in but it only does it when i reach top speed...initially think i had bad gas and the car just cut off while it was idling
