Ford Focus 2012 has no gps, radio after they 'fixed' recall

Asked by rohde4days Dec 15, 2020 at 04:31 PM about the 2012 Ford Focus Titanium

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We took our 2012 Ford Focus in for the recalls today and when we picked up the car the GPS, Radio, etc is totally black and none of it works. Those dicks told us it was the ACM module and was unrelated which is a crock of horse BS cuz it was perfect when we dropped if off there. Any ideas??? I'm furious!

Contact the service manager, region manager or escalated to Ford Corporate.

I submitted a claim to Ford Corporate and the next thing we were to do was speak to the service manager (with our claim ID) at the Plaza Ford dealership in BelAir, MD. Today, the car is working after we reset it. I have zero faith in those idiots now. They should have 1) realized they did something to cause this 2) checked the vehicle to make sure it was in the same condition we left it and 3) had a freaking clue that what they caused had an easy fix. We won't be going back to this lame location!
