2012 Ford Focus SE

I have a 2012 Ford Focus SE.  The care was running great, no issues.  I was doing a 100,000 maintenance.  I disconnected the battery, replaced the spark plugs and the Coil Packs, no issues.  Reconnected the battery and now the vehicle won't start.  It's an automatic, the vehicle won't let me put it in neutral, there is power inside the vehicle but it won't turn over.  There is also a clicking sound I'm hearing from inside the dash but no error codes are showing.    I have no idea what is going on. Can anyone please give me some ideas as to what happened?

Hey im not a machanic but i ran into parts that i bought brand new and they didnt work... If coil packs have a warranty take them back out and tell them that they tested bad... Good luck
