Battery has a full charge and connections all good. Unless I'm mistaken you only have one fuel pump. See fuel pump relay in diagram, pull the relay, use jumper wire between cavities 30 and 87, terminal 30 is hot all the time, you can use test light to check for voltage. The pump should run with jumper. You don't need to use the key. there are a couple fuses in that circuit. Proper fuel pressure, 58 psi + or minus 5 psi. engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs and fuel injector pulse? If your missing everything, have to check for rpm signal, crank and cam sensor signals? Any applicable trouble codes? good luck on testing.
