Fuel pump not turning on

Put gas in car drove 4
Miles car quit running.
Does start with starting
fluid. Replaced fuel pump
left side and fuel pump
relay does click, although
fuel pump does not turn on
and Prime. Any ideas why
fuel pump is not turning on

Also check fuse #6 located in the passenger compartment. It's not clear if this fuse block is under the rear seat, or under the dash. Concerning the fuel pump relay that you said it "clicks", make sure that is actually the pump relay and not some other application. The car should have a pump relay but I can not confirm the location...poor diagram I have. Also, power might not be getting to the pump....loose plug?

I replaced fuel pump checked all fuses and still wont fire, no noise coming from old or new pump either
