I had a 91 Coupe for 25 years and was very happy with it drove it 170K miles with few repairs or problems. The break fluid it probably a damaged brake line or a wheel cylinder in that location. Relatively easy fix. As for the fans, several failure modes exist. This could be a fuse, relay, fuseable link, damaged wiring, failed motors, or failed temp sensor to name a few. If you are not good with car repair, take it to a reputable shop to troubleshoot and repair. Fans can be tricky because their duty cycles are not always obvious.
