air conditioner not working and emergency break light is on

How can I get the codes off of my 89 Deville for air conditioning is not working and the blower is on also but no cold air is coming out also my emergency brake light will not go off  thans lisa

You need to recharge the A/C. You should be able to use any of the rechargers from Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts. The emergency brake light most likely means that your brake fluid is low. Check the level and add DOT3. Be careful not to allow debris into the brake fluid reservoir.
