Asked by Bubba Jun 22, 2015 at 12:03 AM about the 1997 Cadillac DeVille Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I went over everything its not the
heater core or the radiator or any of
the lines well I noticed it had a tiny
leak where the water pump housing
bolts too the heads then I noticed it
was getting coolant into the oil so i
think its a head gasket but not sure
because it could be the head. I'm
willing too do the work but I was told
buy someone that you can't get the
heads off without dropping the motor
and trans out is that true ?
