After replacing the alternator in my 2003
Cadillac and DeVille car won't start the
security light is on and I get NOTHING when
I try to start the car

Check your ground wires and fusible link. There are other questions on this site exactly like yours with other 2002 & 2003 Devilles that had your issue many of them were resolved with bad ground wires and links.
