where is the emergency trunk latch handle on the 2003 cadillac cts ?

jut need to know where emergency latch is located in my trunk  so i can use it to access it

If it has one it will be glow in the dark yellow/green. It should be located on the inside of the trunk lid. Behind the license plate.
