When my heater is on and the truck is idling, my heater blows out cold air. When the truck is moving it blows hot air.

I had the same problem in my 2006 Nissan Frontier you probably have air in the system,with the truck level open the radiator and make sure that is filled up to the top.try and squeeze the hoses that go to the radiator to make sure any air trapped comes out and fill it up again. it worked for me in my truck

My 2014 just started this, only 18000 miles. I'm about to add more antifreeze to see what happens. I have a feeling the oil change place I go to is pencil whipping the check list.

Need to change your actuator. It easy to change but horrible to get to.
